Refund policy

* By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions of this policy.
* Customers are allowed to inspect the product upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
* Inspection is limited to 10 minutes only from the time of delivery.
* After the courier leaves, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
* By accepting the order and allowing the courier to leave, the customer confirms that the product is in good condition and matches the order.
* If there is any issue (defect or wrong item), it must be reported immediately during the inspection time.
* In case of returning the item during inspection, shipping fees must be paid to the courier.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
المعاينة عند الاستلام فقط

* بإتمام الطلب، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بهذه السياسة.
* يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام في وجود المندوب.
* مدة المعاينة 10 دقائق فقط من وقت الاستلام.
* بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بأي استبدال أو استرجاع نهائيًا.
* استلام الطلب ومغادرة المندوب يُعد إقرارًا من العميل بأن المنتج مطابق وسليم.
* في حالة وجود أي مشكلة (عيب تصنيع أو منتج خاطئ)، يجب إبلاغ المندوب فورًا أثناء المعاينة.
* في حالة استرجاع المنتج أثناء المعاينة، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن للمندوب.
